Job Description

  • Manage, mentor, and guide surveying teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee all surveying activities for construction or infrastructure projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop survey plans, methods, and schedules in line with project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, proper documentation, and maintain survey records and reports.
  • Utilize advanced surveying instruments (like total stations and GPS) and software to execute surveys and optimize processes.
  • Ensure all survey work meets established standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate survey data into project plans and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the management, calibration, and maintenance of surveying equipment and software.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant surveying laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Surveying, or any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in surveying in high-rise building projects (preferred).
  • Expertise in operating advanced surveying equipment and software, such as total stations, GPS, and CAD software.
  • Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, surveying laws, regulations, and project-specific standards.
