    Role Purpose: We are seeking a qualified MEP Procurement Engineer to manage all procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)systems for high-profile construction projects across the UAE. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, vendor sourcing, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project specifications and quality standards. Review project specifications, MEP drawings, and BOQs to determine procurement needs. Prepare, float, and manage RFQs/RFPs for suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE and internationally. Evaluate vendor quotations technically and commercially; prepare comparison sheets and recommendations. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance with contract terms. Ensure all materials comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority requirements.
