Job Description

  • Administer all contracts related matter pertaining to projects either for Main Contract or Subcontract.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential contractual issues, proposing appropriate modifications to mitigate risks in Tender Documents.
  • Draft Letter of Intent, Letter of Award and Subcontract Agreement in line with Main Contract and safeguarding company against commercial risks.
  • Preparation of Addendum, Amendments to Subcontract Agreements as per the Project, Employer and Authority requirements.
  • Drafting and finalizing contractual correspondence for the matter related to Main Contracts and Subcontract Agreements.
  • Preparation of Extension of Time and Cost Claims in liaison with Planning and Cost Control Department in accordance with Main Contracts and follow-up with the Engineers/Employers for determination of the same.
  • Review payment certificates in line with signed Subcontract Agreements/MoUs.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and variations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals to maintain project momentum.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience in administration of contracts based on FIDIC Suites of Contracts.
