Role Objective: Develop and implement company-wide quality, health, safety and
environmental strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with operational and project
goals. Drives a strong safety and quality culture across all sites, provides leadership to
QHSE teams, and enforces compliance with local regulations and international standards
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
QHSE Strategy & Leadership
a. Develop and implement the company-wide QHSE strategy and policies.
b. Promote a strong safety culture and quality mindset across all projects and
departments.
c. Provide leadership and direction to QHSE teams across all project sites.
Health & Safety Management
d. Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and
company HSE policies.
e. Monitor safety performance and implement preventive and corrective actions.
f. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective
measures.
Quality Management
g. Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
h. Oversee quality inspections, testing, and audits.
i. Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Environmental Management
j. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability requirements.
k. Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
l. Monitor environmental impacts related to:
i. Waste management
ii. Emissions
iii. Resource usage
Regulatory & Authority Compliance
Ensure compliance with government regulations and authority requirements.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.
QHSE Audits & Inspections
Conduct internal QHSE audits across projects and departments.
Prepare projects for external audits and certifications.
Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Training & Competency Development
Develop and implement QHSE training programs for staff and site workers.
Ensure proper HSE inductions and competency certifications.
Incident Management & Investigation
Lead investigations of:Accidents, Near misses ,Safety violations
Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain QHSE documentation including:
