Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and support business growth across the UAE.
  • Adapt website content and other global marketing updates for the local market.
  • Manage content creation by visiting project sites to capture and document progress through photography and videography.
  • In charged of social media marketing and digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, twitter, Instagram….etc)
  • Responsible for outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Lead social media marketing initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts, with a focus on promoting company products and achievements.
  • Developed creative graphics for advertising, digital banners, internal and external newsletter, brochures, packaging, display artworks.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and case studies, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and goals.
  • Provide sales support by preparing presentations, curating client-facing content, and assisting in sales pitches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a marketing executive or similar role in Civil Construction Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in both Arabic & English writing & speaking.
  • Creative and commercial awareness.
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g Web Trends).
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills. Great at networking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
