Job Description


· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, subcontractor/suppliers evaluation, and contract negotiation.

· Identifying potential subcontractors/suppliers and evaluating their products and services based on quality, cost, and delivery.

· Conduct technical and commercial reviews of subcontract offers, prepare comparisons, and facilitate negotiation processes to secure the best possible terms.

· Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify procurement needs.

· Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

· Attend meetings with subcontractors/suppliers as needed.

· Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer in Civil & Steel contracting company.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE, preferably in Civil Construction Industry.

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and supply chain management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues.

• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

- Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)

- Detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
