Prepare projects for external audits and certifications. Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Training & Competency Development Develop and implement QHSE training programs for staff and site workers. Ensure proper HSE inductions and competency certifications. Incident Management & Investigation Lead investigations of:Accidents, Near misses ,Safety violations Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis. mplement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Documentation & Reporting Maintain QHSE documentation including: ▪ Policies ▪ Procedures ▪ Risk registers ▪ Audit reports Prepare monthly QHSE reports for senior management. Track and monitor QHSE KPIs across projects. Certification & Management Systems Manage and maintain company certifications such as: ▪ ISO 9001 – Quality Management ▪ ISO 14001 – Environmental Management ▪ ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety o Ensure compliance with integrated management systems (IMS).
